Mobilian Media Studio Late Arrival Policy
To provide every client with the best experience and to respect everyone’s scheduled session time, please review the following policy:
Your session begins at your scheduled appointment time, not when you arrive.
I recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, outfit changes, and final preparations.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive within this window, your session will continue, but your shooting time may be shortened to stay on schedule.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee may be charged to cover the additional hourly studio cost, if extending the session is possible.
If extending the session is not possible due to other bookings, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time, if available, will be billed at $50 per hour.
Clients who arrive 30 minutes or more late without prior communication may be considered a no-show, and the session may be canceled without a refund of the retainer. All deposits are non-refundable.
I understand that emergencies happen. If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you based on studio availability.
